1. What is Smartrify?
Smartrify is a super easy to use ecommerce store creator, powered by SmartrCommerce.
There is no real building necessary. Vendors just add their products, pick a template, hookup their SmartrCommerce transaction keys, and launch! Templates can be changed at anytime... allowing vendors to show their customers a new website with the click of a button!
You will also get your own subdomain - example.smartrify.com - feel free to use this for your customers OR easily point your custom domain from your domain provider.
Before you can sell any items in your store, make sure you sign up for your SmartrCommerce.com account, and fill out necessary details to activate it.

2. What is SmartrCommerce?
SmartrCommerce is an online merchant processor and hustle management tool for small and medium-sized business owners that run multiple brands, apps, or websites. This means you can manage unlimited ecommerce projects and businesses with no monthly fees, ever.*
SmartrCommerce is connected to all Smartr products, which provide multiple functions, from affiliate marketing and ecommerce, to invoice scheduling, payroll, and tax reporting functions. Anyone can use SmartrCommerce or any Smartr product to build a serious business.
Before your Smartrify website can process transactions, you will need to sign up for an account at SmartrCommerce.com and fill out necessary payment and business details in your account settings.
All transactions for all products or services on your Smartrify site will go through SmartrCommerce and all of your customers will receive receipts with your vendor info from your SmartrCommerce account. Smartrify does NOT allow the use of any other merchant processor.
*We only charge a fee when a transaction happens through one of your ecommerce web or app projects, or through the invoices you send, allowing you to save money each month since you don't have to pay for separate account or business management software with other companies, or for a "premium" package with us.
3. What if have more than 1,000 items to sell?
If you have more than 1,000 items, we can build you a custom package, OR, you can step up to our affiliate products available at thesmartrmarketingapp.com
Smartr apps work well in tandem with social media or simple ecommerce sites like Smartrify, allowing you to offer app-exclusive deals to your promoters, affiliates, and referral partners. And, anyone who orders any Smartr App automatically gets a Smartrify Platinum level site, absolutely free!

4. When will I get paid for purchases made through my Smartrify store?
Once you are approved for your SmartrCommerce account and add your transaction keys to your store, your new website can start accepting purchases! Congrats!
From the moment that first purchase happens, your customer has 14 days to request a refund or exchange for your item. Once this 14 days has passed, and your customers no longer have the ability to refund their purchase, this money becomes available for you to be paid. And every purchase starts a new clock, allowing you to build up multiple transactions in your dashboard for every payout.
Once you have accumulated your first $100 in earnings owed, just request a payout, and get paid based on the details you provide when registering for your SmartrCommerce account. After your initial payout of $100, you can request a payout anytime you have accumulated $25 in available funds which have passed the 14-day refund period.

5. How long do I have to request a refund for a purchase made from a Smartrify store?
Within 14 days, you can request a refund or exchange for any product/service sold from the Smartrify vendor you have made your purchase from. Smartrify, SmartrCommerce, SmartrMarketing and SmartrHoldings accept no responsibility for any commerce or business being conducted between vendor and customer.
You can find all information pertaining to refunds or subscription deactivations on the SmartrCommerce receipt you received when making your purchase.
If you feel a vendor is exploiting or abusing their Smartr software, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate it. If we feel a vendor is exploiting or abusing their Smartr software, they will be banned from all Smartr systems, and unable to exploit or abuse any further - giving you further confidence in the brands we allow to use our software.
6. Can I sell digital products through Smartrify?
Absolutely? And connect it right to your Google Drive account to get rid of any need for uploads - making Smartrify the MOST affordable and easiest way to get a new web store online for your digital products!!
Selling services, digital or physical products, services, or a combination of all of them is so simple with a Smartrify store. You just add a picture, a product description, and tell people you are OPEN for business!
7. Why does SmartrCommerce have a 14-day waiting period before receiving payouts?
Did you know less than 5% of vendors using merchant software will ever use it for more than one transaction? That means A TON of fraud happens, and merchant providers can hold your money indefinitely when they suspect any sort of suspicious activity. Even though we can do that too, we prefer not to.
By having a 14-day waiting period on purchases, your customers have a chance to change their minds, while you make lesser the chance at a chargeback or penalty on your account, as well as lessening the chance of any monies ever being held.
Some merchant providers hold your money for up to 60 days before paying you, so don't feel bad for 14 short days. No matter which provider you use, know we only delay these payments to protect customers and vendors, and to make sure those vendors using Smartr software are legitimate companies providing good customer service and experiences to end users. you're welcome.
There are plenty of quick and easy merchant and P2P solutions on the market, but Smartr is built for serious business owners who intend to get paid more than once, and paid often.
8. Can I have more than one Smartrify website?
Create as many as you want! You will just need to start a new Smartrify account for each, because each account is associated with that particular store's subdomain. However, you only need one SmartrCommerce account no matter how many Smartrify websites you would ever build.
In fact, you can hook SmartrCommerce up to 18 website, 6 apps, your gas station, and 5 retail locations with ease!
Just make sure that you do start a new project inside your SmartrCommerce dashboard for a new Smartrify site, or any app or website you could make which needs SmartrCommerce transaction keys.
9. Smartrify uses templates... what kinds of backgrounds can I choose from?
We are always adding new categories AND templates, to give you more and more options for keeping your store fresh. Choose from animals to music. Digital patterns to space. From a professional setting for a consultant working with doctors, to a nice interface for a nail salon... there are plenty of templates to make your store a little more you.
